This two-day exhibition is a response to a proposal to develop a 'Garston Park' for the 21st Century which would feature:

An Education, Conservation and Resource Centre housed in three linked Tetrahedron Pyramids.

A Hydroponics Lido pool using natural filter beds withaquatic plants ~ not chemicals which are harmful to the environment.

A new Marina and 'Garston Beach' to be developed on part of the old docks and iron beach.

Also exhibiting is A.I.R ~ Art in Regeneration Moving On Project ~ the Garston element of work produced as a result of a workshop with established organisations in South Liverpool.
The whole scheme would link up with a cultural village already proposed to regenerate Garston, and involves a seven-mile cultural trail from the Pier Head along the coastal path. Work will be displayed from Alex Corina's studio and other artists who are actively supporting the Garston Cultural Village Campaign.
